Career

Diane Coyle co-directs the interdisciplinary Bennett Institute at the University of Cambridge. She is a Fellow of the Office for National Statistics, an adviser to the Competition and Markets Authority and the National Infrastructure Commission, and member of the High-Level Advisory Group to the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs. She was awarded Dame Commander of the Order of the British Empire (DBE) in the King’s Birthday Honours List in 2023 in recognition for invaluable contributions to economic policy and practice as well as her unwavering commitment to public service.
