Career

Sarah graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2022 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Following this, she worked in Client Services for a global financial education company, managing various high-level projects as well as leading on the establishment of an Employer-Supported Volunteer scheme. Sarah started her role at The Productivity Institute in January 2025 as Engagement and Impact Coordinator.

Outside of work, Sarah is a volunteer coach with The Access Project charity, coaching young people from under-resourced backgrounds on key skills for university and the workplace.
