Career

Halima is a Research Fellow at the Enterprise Research Centre, University of Warwick. Her research examines innovation, resilience and performance among small businesses, including the roles of innovation collaborations and international trade. Halima also has expertise in conducting impact evaluations of policy support measures, particularly through Randomised Controlled Trials of policy interventions. She regularly applies her research expertise in policy relevant contexts, most recently through her role as an Impact Evaluation Analyst at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.
