Rochdale SME Leaders: Developing a Productivity Mindset Mentoring Framework

This project develops understanding of how strategic decision making can be improved through the mentoring of senior management responsible for investment and decision-making regarding technology. The project will design, deliver and evaluate a 6 week mentoring scheme for strategic decision makers in SMEs. The overall outcome is a robust repeatable mentoring framework.

In addition, the learning taken from this pilot scheme will support better understanding of how the functional aspects of improving productivity feed into strategic planning at the organisational level. The project will be delivered in partnership with Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, engaging Rochdale members to participate in the project and providing pathways to further impact and application through workshops and engagement enabled by utilising the Chamber’s networks across the city-region.
