Building Leaders’ Entrepreneurial Mindset as a First Step Towards Better Productivity

In today’s fast-paced and ever-changing landscape, having an entrepreneurial mindset is vital. It does not only help individuals to think creatively and innovatively, but also enhances productivity levels and enables them to make more informed decisions. That’s why organisations worldwide are now investing in entrepreneurial mindset training for their workforce to promote a culture of innovation and support better productivity.

Our proposed training begins by equipping senior leaders with the tools and skills needed to make better decisions and support integration of meaningful productivity Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from their strategies, to cascade through their teams across the organisation. During this phase, senior leaders will build action plans that can be brought into their organisations. This is followed by a programme of interventions that focus on key functions such as Digital Transformation, Marketing, People Development and Operations. This set of interventions allows senior leaders to apply what they’ve learnt to key functions in their organisations and see if KPIs and productivity improve.
