Career

Jason’s research interests are the connections between employment relations, political economy and public policy; in particular, workers’ labour market transitions, underemployment and work intensity, and governance of labour issues. He has worked extensively with the International Labour Organization, has been a member of the editorial boards of numerous journals and is an Academic Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Jason is also the director of the Centre for Decent Work at the University of Sheffield.
