Career

Owen provides an important conduit between Cambridge researchers and policy-makers in the UK and internationally. He previously worked at Cambridgeshire County Council where his work focussed on understanding how the public sector can work differently by taking a more deeply embedded place-based approach. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.
