Nyasha Weinberg is a barrister with a particular focus on public law, regulatory and disciplinary law, commercial and construction law. Prior to practicing at the bar she worked as a civil servant, political advisor and management consultant. She was a Kennedy Scholar at the Harvard Kennedy School has been widely published on devolution and productivity, international trade policy, UK-EU relations, technology and the Future of Work with her research cited by major UK and international newspapers. She has expertise in health, regulatory, social care and education law and was instructed in the Grenfell Inquiry, the Infected Blood Inquiry and the Lampard Inquiry. Her work with The Productivity Institute will be focused on Public Sector Productivity.
