Career

Nicola has more than 20 years’ experience in business-to-business communications, marketing and engagement and has worked in a variety of sectors including Financial Services, Higher Education and Professional Services. Throughout her career, Nicola has had a particular focus on partnership marketing (working with some of the world’s biggest brands) and technology adoption by distribution channels.

Nicola is responsible for all of the Institute’s marketing, communication and engagement – including the coordination of the 8 Productivity Forums. Nicola works closely with the Institute’s strategic partners and also leads on the organisation and delivery of National Productivity Week.

Prior to joining The Productivity Institute Nicola worked closely with Accounting & Finance academics at Alliance Manchester Business School to use their research findings to inform and influence practitioners and policymakers in the ESG, Audit and Corporate Governance space.
