Career

Irina’s current research agenda focuses on the international growth and subsequent investment strategies of multinational enterprises, with a particular interest in the subsequent investment, exit and re-entry strategies of these firms. She has also been involved in research examining the organisational outcomes of corporate social irresponsibility in different international markets.
