Britt is a postdoctoral research associate at King’s Business School and for the London and the South Regional Productivity Forum. She recently completed her PhD in Public Administration and Organisation Studies at King’s College London. She is currently working on the Enabling SMEs to Implement Green Business Growth project.
Prior to this, she worked as a research assistant on an EU Horizon 2020 project exploring the transformation of European public agencies into innovative, open, and collaborative spaces. She has also worked in the public sector as a secondary teacher and at a non-profit supporting teacher training and development.
Her research interests include social impact, organisational coordination, and the management of wicked problems.
