Career

After achieving a degree in English Literature with Journalism from The University of Wales, Bangor, Claire started her career in business journalism. She then transitioned into travel marketing, where she remained for nearly a decade. There, she developed expertise in branding and audience engagement.

Seeking a new challenge, Claire moved into political communications, where she played a pivotal role in shaping and executing communication strategies for three North West-based Members of Parliament.

After achieving significant milestones in political communications, Claire made the move into higher education in April 2024.

As part of The Productivity Institute, Claire bridges the gap between the Institute’s cutting-edge research and its key audiences and stakeholders, ensuring impactful engagement and meaningful collaboration.
