Charlotte previously served as The Productivity Institute’s Head of Operations until April 2026.
She has more than 15 years’ experience working in higher education, the majority of which have been managing UK and EU-funded research consortiums at The University of Manchester. During her career, Charlotte has managed research from a variety of disciplines. Prior to TPI, she worked on the ESRC International Centre for Language and Communicative Development (LuCiD), a UK-based research collaboration working with partners across the world and Dialogue About Radicalisation and Equality (DARE), an H2020 EU-funded research consortium with partners in 13 countries.
Charlotte is also a qualified teacher and worked for six years as a teacher and senior leader at a Manchester primary school.
