Film launch: Lessons learned from the Productivity Insights Network project

Raising productivity is arguably the central economic challenge in the UK and in our city region. But what drives productivity and why does it matter for the prosperity of regions? In this film, researchers from the Productivity Insights Network summarise the findings from their 3-year productivity research project, and discuss the implications for our city region.

The Productivity Insights Network is an ESRC-funded, multi-disciplinary network of social science researchers engaged with public, private, and third sector partners, led by the University of Sheffield.

This film will premiere at 12.30pm on Thursday 4 November 2021 and will be available throughout the 2021 Festival of Social Science.
